The Schema indication on the RankTracker will only appear if Google is also picking up those Rich Results on Google Search Console, if it isn’t there won’t be any information for those on RankTracker because the data comes directly from GSC.

As for the mobile usability, that is deprecated from Google but it’s still present on the API so the data is imported but it will always return null for all websites, at the moment.

Last but not least, the Analytics data won’t show taxonomies and the sitemap will so it’s possible that the discrepancy on the number of results is related to that.
