SERP not reflecting changes?

    Hi, RankMath Support

    I have recently edited the seo title of the pages on my site, it has been weeks. However, I have yet to see any changes reflected onto the google serp. The title shown is still the old title that i have. So i would like to enquire is there perhaps any settings i have missed? or is this an entirely google problem, thank you.

    You can verify the title and description of your page by using these tools to ensure that they are already set:
    https://heymeta.com
    https://rankmath.com/tools/meta-tag-analyzer/

    If they are already set in the page’s source code, please note that Google sometimes ignores the custom meta info altogether and shows something from the page’s content that matches the search intent better.

    Moreover, the best you can do is optimize your meta title and description to try and match the intent of the search/keyword.
