We checked your website and we can Rank Math is adding the meta title with the current date:

However, if you see the previous date on Google’s SERPs that means Google hasn’t crawled and updated the meta title yet. Please note that Google assigns a crawl budget to your website depending on a lot of factors (especially your posting frequency + the domain authority) and that has a direct effect on how soon or how late your content can get indexed/updated on SREPs.
