Hi There,
I have tried all the possible ways ike resetting cache, regeneration of perm links.
Nothing works and sitemap_index is throwing 404 error.
This is really a shameful error guys.
Another issue I am facing is now somehow Sitemap is generated but look at the entries of posts ! Seriously it is showing me items of 26th June. Today is 5th July. No lates posts are there
Now I understand that why I am getting an error of Indexed but not submitted in sitemap error.
Such level of issue’s are not acceptable at all.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please confirm?
1. If the Sitemap files are excluded from your caching plugin? If you are using W3 Total, then please add the following code:sitemap(_index)?\.xml(\.gz)? [a-z0-9_\-]*sitemap[a-z0-9_\-]*\.(xml|xsl|html)(\.gz)? ([a-z0-9_\-]*)?\.xml
To these areas:
Performance > Page Cache > Never cache the following pages
Performance Database Cache
Performance > Minify
Performance > Browser Cache
404 error exception listThe cache could be via a plugin or from the server.
2. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/xXXhDt3. The error of indexed but not submitted mostly boils down to the pages that you chose to mark as NoIndexed but Google still chose to index them. Those could be the tag pages etc.
Looking forward to helping you.
Man I am not that level of toddler who will add no index to the posts !
After checking few posts on RankMath forum I found that so many users are facing such issues.
I already reset cache on CloudFlare as well as local cache as well as object cache. Your sitemap files are showing me records of 26 June. If its cached it should not display records till 26th man.
After reviewing your forum notes I found that in one of the response you advised to use the Google Sitemap Plugin.
I have disabled the RankMath Sitemap module. Such level of issues will force us to switch from Rankath for sure. This is not acceptable for sure man.
Also why everytime you guys are giving a suggestion to reset the count of posts per sitemap and resetting (save again) the permlink.
This shows there is something wrong with your plugin ! Why there was not a single similar instance were reported with Yoast ? Hope you are getting what I am trying to explain.
We made switch here with a lot of expectations !!!!!!
Hello,
If that doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

We really look forward to helping you. Thank you.
P.S. Not trying to bring anyone down, but since you mentioned, here’s a ticket:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/sitemap-doesnt-include-all-blog-posts/
You can find several on WordPress.org’s search or you can Google it if you want to find out more.Hey Rang,
Same bro I am now completely disturb by the Rankmath Support team. They even don’t response. I opened a support ticket 3 days ago still no response to it.
Same sitemap issue is occuring with me. Tried everything but nothing help. Used Google XML sitemap and the sitemap generated successfully.
I am completely with Rankmath not going to recommend it to anybody. Giving 1* on wordpress plugin to help others to understand how bad the plugin is compared to Yoast.
Hi ShoutMeBack,
You opened a ticket and received a reply within 1 hour. You might not have received a notification but we replied to you as soon as humanly possible:
Thank you for your patience.
I just noticed an update from RankMath.
Did you guys fixed anything and then pretend as nothing happened? Totally agree did a huge mistake by switching my previous plugin. Time to move on from RankMath for sure
Hello,
Sorry, but what are you talking about?
We did not add any specific fix for the Sitemaps in the latest update. Please read the changelog here:
https://rankmath.com/changelog/We release regular updates and this update is part of that.
As mentioned earlier, the issue you are mentioning with the Sitemap is probably happening due to the caching issues.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
And the one more thing is the link you shared is 1 year old. The software can be much more mature in a period of 1 year. (Yoast’s help link)
How it’s possible to have a caching issue?
Now I am not interested to use RankMath’s sitemap at all. The new plugin which I added is much more advantageous for me to use. And on which base you are talking about cache issue? 26 June to 5 July? Seriously ???

P.S. As mentioned earlier, we are not digging other product tickets. You can help yourself and search on Google if you want to see similar issues in Yoast as well. With that said, it does not qualify for the Rank Math plugin to have a similar issue and that’s why we are here to assist.
Damn, I missed that ticket where you people are specifically mentioning other plugins have similar issues as well. And keep this P.S. attitude with you. No longer interested to use your plugin at all. Also will not forget to keep bhanu in loop as well.
Oh man !!! The clue was just above and I was roaming here and there !
Now lets be specific to your sentence “not digging into any other plugins issues”
Then did someone from your team mentioned this link to give them a quality back link ? Is it ?
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/sitemap-doesnt-include-all-blog-posts/
Dont ever come back with your P.S. attitude.
Give me a straightforward answer how you got that url without digging into someones help forum ?Be Mature Kid, what you mentioned there, not trying to bring anyone down ? Grow up.. dont prove yourself again & again.
Michael Davis – Where are you man ! Need you here. Your humbleness & ability answer is excellent.
Don’t know who is this P.S. Rookie
