The Overall Optimization shows the average SEO score of all your posts/pages. The SEO Analysis runs the tests mostly on your homepage and some focus keyword related tests on the posts and pages to generate an optimization score. And if there is a difference between the scores of pages in the list view and Site Analytics then please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Rebuild Index for Analytics.
Once the process is complete, the score should be updated in the Site Analytics.
