Those errors usually are caused when something is blocking access to the WordPress REST API.
This could also suggest that there is a conflict between Rank Math and one of your installed plugins which might be having the WordPress REST API disabled. To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Please try activating only Rank Math and a default theme and see if the issue persists.
If that didn’t help, please contact your web host and ask if your server is blocking it, firewall policies, or even a security plugin.

Hi, I already whitelist route, disable plugin but activate only rank math and also change to default theme but the problem still persists. Can I know what should I told hosting about this?

Since you have errors in the browser console (while updating the post/page) that might be blocking the updateMeta rule like this one:
yourdomain.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user
Please get in touch with your hosting provider or check that the firewall, either on your server or in Cloudflare is not blocking the following route:
yourdomain.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user
