    Rank Math free

Every time I run an SEO analysis I get SEO title with a big red cross. Yet I have edited the page title multiple times but the version it shows is one from a year ago. It is a critical SEO (which has been solved) but RankMath is not picking it up. Please help. I have added a print screen of what I seeScreen grab of the issue

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please navigate to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Clear SEO Analysis.
    clear seo analysis

Then clear your website and browser cache and re-run the SEO Analysis.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.

@Anas Hi, thanks for the kind reply. I tried what you suggested about 1he ago and it did not work. In truth I’ve tried lots of different ways (editing SEO on the page without elementor, editing as a snippit using elementor, trying to edit it in RankMath, and so on). over the last few months & especially today. The only way I can find is to deactivate RankMath and use yeost. But I would prefer to use RankMath as it has much better options.

However every time I reactivate RankMath the SEO title with the spelling mistake (that I changed a year ago) and appearing as a critical reappears. It is very frustrating.

    Hello,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

Can you please share the affected URL with us so we can further check it on our end?

We are looking forward to helping you with this one.

Hi, Certainly, any help is appreciated

    http://www.mopkings.com

It is a wordpress site running OceanWP theme and built with elementor. The other plugins I run are WPforms lite, W3 total cache, really simple ssl, Ocean extra, EWWW Image Optimizer, Elementor – Header, Footer & Blocks

For SEO I tried both Yoast and Rank Math a year ago. I’ve mainly run Yoast because every time I’ve tried Rank Math I get the same problem with the SEO title with the spelling mistake. So quickly switch back to Yoast and make a new cache of the website to get the SEO title problem gone. In OceanWP>themes> customise> site identity, I have changed the sites title to ‘Mopkings Cleaning services’ and the tagline remains the same.

    All help is gratefully appreciated.

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back.

I checked your site’s URL with our external SEO Analyzer and the SEO title is fine:

You can check it here: https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/

Please flush the SEO Analysis data once again and also Remove Rank Math Transients, clear the cache of your site, and run the SEO analysis again. Let us know if the issue persists.

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I just used the analyser and see the same. My one question would be, is it showing up like that because I swapped the SEO’ing back to Yoast?

It is very late here nearly 4am. But let me reactivate RankMath, deactivate Yoast and then see if the problem returns? (as that is what has been the problem every time in the past). I prefer the options in RankMath more. Right swapping over in the next 5 mins.

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back.

As I can see that you have switched back to Rank Math and still the SEO Analysis shows the correct title:

You can also check the page source and you will see that Rank Math is setting the title correctly:

Please follow the steps that I have mentioned in my last message and run the SEO Analysis again on your site and the issue should go away.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

just flushed again, and still the same result?

so I’ve done everything said, reinstalled rankmath, flushed the Seo data and the transients. Then worked through all the meta data following the guide from this

    https://rankmath.com/kb/titles-and-meta/

I then ran a SEO analysis of the site and the same problem is still there. SEO site title showing as from a year ago (and I also re-did the home page meta) poor spelling and all

Here’s the picture https://ibb.co/16Wb2dk I left the time on the bottom to show that it is a different picture to the first one.

Am I cursed never to be able to use MathRank or is it some glitch or bug or something?

    Please help

    Hello,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

I just downloaded the Opera browser to have a completely clean & fresh try. Flushed everything again, same result again. Why is it stuck on a version from a year ago? Or at least some code somewhere. It makes the google appearance terrible with the initial poor spelling. I genuinely want to move to RankMath as it has the local SEO bit. But if it won’t change what can I do?

Please help (feel like swimmer stuck out at sea)

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

The newly updated title is showing inside Rank Math’s external analyzer tool. See the screenshot:
    https://ibb.co/njjQSSt

I am assuring you the report you are getting is a cached one. Please consider using a different web browser and use this external SEO tool: https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/

You will see the updated result.

Let us know how it goes. We are looking forward to hearing an update from you.

    @Jeremy

Thanks, I’ve put my website and login details in the sensitive box as you suggested. I’ve got a back from yesterday

Thanks and good luck. I’ll log out of the website now

    @Ankit

Hi I did what you suggested 10 mins ago. I downloaded the Opera browser, clean no history. opened my website on it. Fluhed also the SEO and transient data, ran the SEO analyser and got the same problem. so?

would it have any connection to the google search console?

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back.

I checked and the SEO analysis still shows the wrong title. It doesn’t have anything to do with Google Search Console. I will check with the devs to figure out what is causing the issue. Please keep the login details active.

Being said that, you don’t have to worry much about the SEO analysis as it just for your reference and if it’s showing old data it will affect your site’s SEO with current settings. You can refer to the results of our external SEO analyzer.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
