You are using Loco translate and WPML on your site which seem to conflict. The conflict between theses two is causing Js errors which then affect Rank math functionality in updating your page meta. You can confirm this by disabling both of the translation plugins then enable them one by one while testing this, check the screencast I have added in the sensitive section. Please follow this troubleshooting guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
I recommend that you use only leave on plugin active for each functionality on your site, translation in this case, to avoid any conflicts

I deactivated and deleted Loco Translate but no change. I think there is conflict between Rank Math and WPML. The issue is not related with Loco Translate

The issue is coming up from WPML CMS plugin still. Check the screencast I have attached in the sensitive section. With WPML Multilingual CMS enabled, the title changes made do not change and revert to the initial title. It might be something to do with your settings in the plugin or it is just a conflict. Could you please try getting in touch with WPML team to check for you if there is any setting affecting this.

The WPML plugin probably is preventing the post meta from getting saved on the translated posts on your site. I tried to change the translation Settings by using the Translation Management plugin but for some reason, the plugin is not showing the Rank Math fields.
Can you please add your site’s FTP access details in the Sensitive Data Section so we can debug this issue by changing the wpml-confg.php file?

The Rank Math data was not updating because of the wrong Translation settings in WPML. I logged into your site and I changed the Translation settings for Rank Math Custom fields from WPML settings. I changed Rank Math fields to Copy Once from Translate. This seemed to have fixed the issue?
