Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO title formatting. It seems that the system is automatically placing the site title first, which is not the desired behavior.
To address this, you can check the settings in the Rank Math plugin to ensure that the title structure is set correctly. Here are a few steps you can follow:
- Go to Rank Math Dashboard: Navigate to the Rank Math settings in your WordPress dashboard.
- Titles & Meta Settings: Look for the Titles & Meta section where you can configure how titles are generated.
- Custom Title Structure: You may need to customize the title structure to achieve your desired format. Ensure that you are using the correct variables and that they are in the order you want them.
If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern!

Ok I’ve just figured it out. I have to leave the snippet title blank on the individual page for it to use what’s set in ‘titles and meta’. It might seem obvious but it would help to mention in the documentation.
Defaulting to the sitename regardless as originally reported was an issue with the template.
