I have determined that the issues is with WPfusion Versión 3.33.9, When active i cant see SEO Tab or doesnt load it, and also in the posts block editor, it doesnts loads at all.

The version you are using is not the latest and was last changed June. If you have WP 5.5, please note that it brought a new error (not actually an error) that is not covered much and is related to the new jQuery version in the core. That is breaking many old themes and plugins.
You should use updated plugins and themes and if updating still doesn’t fix the issue, please get in touch with the plugin support.
