The rank math was working prior to the Word press update. Now the tab is missing in new post sidebar.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Rank math is Compatible with WordPress 5.5. Please note WP 5.5 brought a new error (not actually an error) that is not covered much and is related to the new jQuery version in the core. That is breaking many old themes and plugins. You have to stick with the developer that updates their products regularly or check with them and ensure they are compatible with WP 5.5
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users wonβt be affected by this troubleshooting.
Looking forward to helping you.
hello Michael,
thank you for getting back to me. when I last used the health site check there was no plugin that turned off the SEO tab beside the Theme change. is there a way to provide screenshots?Hello, is there anything else you can tell me concerning this?
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
hello again, has there been any update to the issue since i provided the sensitive data?
Hello,
I have been more than patient. I’m not understanding the reasoning for this poor communication. I have responded quickly to the few replies I have gotten and have already waited over 2 days for any type of assistance. I have provided the necessary information in the sensitive data, are you able to assist or not?Hello,
I am sorry for our late reply. Aside from the answer my colleague gave you, we tested and the plugin is working fine with the latest WP version. Here’s a screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/lTvEmRIt is likely because of WordPress 5.5 which is currently breaking websites right, left, and center (as my colleague also said), there are important blogs talking about it:
https://www.searchenginejournal.com/wordpress-5-5-issues/377851/WP 5.5 brought a new error (not actually an error) that is not covered much and is related to the new jQuery version in the core. That is breaking many old themes and plugins. You have to stick with the developer that updates their products regularly or check with them and ensure they are compatible with WP 5.5
If it is an issue with your theme (since it seems, because you said you tried to check the plugins), you can use this plugin until your theme provider releases an update: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/#description
Looking forward to help you.
Thank you alberto,
understandble that the update has caused many issues overall but i am only missing the SEO box on my posts. The actual pages are working fine with it.

Again i have waited for some type of follow up for days. If you can check the site via the back end I’m sure you will see something i could not
Hello Edward
The issue seems to be coming from your theme, Larus Theme. It seems to be causing some
Uncaught TypeError
on posts when active. Please get in touch with your theme provider to check on this and let us know how it goes.Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
