SEO Tab in Elementor doesn’t display

Hi, I have recently switched over to Elementor. One reason was that that was recommneded by a Webmaster together with RankMath. Everything is working but the tab in the third tab “SEO” Elementor Editing Screen does not show. It does show when I just click edit page/post … Also I have then seen your recommendation (in this forum) to install the health plugin and that resulted in 0 findings and good health. Also I have then disabled all plugins except of Elementor/Pro and Rankmath but the SEO tab would still not display (I only see “Elements” and “Global”). I have then re-abled the plugins. Btw. I am using Multisite setup but really am only focusing on one Website which is immi.de…
I would appreciate any hint or support you can provide. Thank you.

  • Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

I don’t know what I did but suddenly the SEO tab is there now also in Elementor … it might have been the re-enabling of the “Akismet” Plugin but I am not sure. Thank you anyways.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Since you already tested it with the Health plugin, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello Alberto,

As I mentioned the problem suddenly was away… maybe it has to do with the fact that I disabled some of the plugins (or all) at a Multisite level and only re-enabled them at a site level.. but I am not sure… anyways it is working now even though I still use the same set of plugins… but I did play with dis-abling and re-enabling i must admit… so maybe that was the fix.

    thank you again.
    Kind regards,
    Immanuel
