SEO settings of WCFM store not getting reflected correctly

    Hi

    We are using Rankmath along with WCFM Plugin.

    We are having problems with SEO setup of the Vendor stores on our website https://veganmall.in with rankmath enabled. The SEO details updated for the store in WCFM is not getting reflected properly, instead the main website information is being used

    The SEO setup for test vendor “test_vendor” is set as below in WCFM Store settings.
    SEO Title: VeganMall Test Store
    Meta Description: This is a Test Store on VeganMall with Test Products
    Meta Keywords: Test Store

    But, when analyzing the SEO information for https://veganmall.in/store/test_vendor/ in http://www.seowebpageanalyzer.com/ we see
    Title: Test Vendor – VeganMall (23 characters)
    Keywords: (0 phrases, 0 characters) Keywords metatag is empty.
    Description: Online Shopping Site Exclusively for Vegan Products in India. Vegan Food, Nutritional Supplements, Beauty & Personal Care, Footwear, Clothing, Accessories Etc., (160 characters)

    Can you please help to fix this issue.

    Hi Murali,

    Please disable the SEO options in WCFM since they seem to be interfering with the options from Rank Math. For clarification, WCFM has its own SEO options in the plugin that you need to disable when you are using a 3rd party SEO plugin.

    Please contact WCFM team and they will be able to provide instructions on how to disable the built in SEO options of WCFM.

    Hello,

    I think my colleague also means that you should ask their support on how to disable their SEO and use the Rank Math SEO on their generated pages since they use a different structure and maybe they have to give you specific instructions to enable other tools working on their content.
