The tests work when you open the post or page and then the JS for calculating the test runs. When the test runs and you hit the update button, the score is calculated and gets propagated to the list view and Analytics.
Unfortunately, there is no feasible way to automate this process.
We recommend that you start with your most important posts, open them, make changes as per recommendations made by Rank Math, and then hit the update button.

I think, this is an interior process in website core but I’m not sure.

The SEO score is only there for your reference to help you in optimizing your content. This would not affect how Google sees the page.
With that being said, if you feel that the posts/pages are already SEO optimized, then you can safely ignore updating them and continue optimizing the latest ones.
