We’re an agency evaluating your plugin. Currently, use Yoast. We’re testing it on a new site we’re developing and I can’t seem to get the SEO Score Position to show Below Content, even though I set it in your settings.

Any help is welcome as when we edit pages, we don’t want it to show Rank Math first.

    Please advise and thanks!

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It seems that you are using a front end page builder. This will not display the Rank Math’s SEO Score Badge as the page is loading a builder, not the actual static page.

You may be able to see the SEO Score Badge once the admin is not logged in. Please see this screenshot (page loaded in Incognito browser):

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

So are you saying we can’t place the RankMath below the content as its set to do? Please clarify.

    we’re moving on. thanks.

    Hello,

Of course, you can. You can use the shortcode or the PHP code to place the Score anywhere you like if the below content option isn’t working on your page builder for some reason.

If you would like us to check why it isn’t working, please enable it once again and then we can check.

We look forward to helping you.

I had it enabled and gave you access. Having to use a shortcode to add it to the page is not ideal. We currently use Yoast and their plugin seems to work on any template.
