The issue remains the same on your website and the route used to update the metadata is still returning a 403 error so it’s not updating the information accordingly.
Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do from our side since basic routes from our plugin are getting blocked on your website and that prevents the normal function of Rank Math.

I honestly want to resolve this, because I don’t want to use any other plugin.
I am already using Rankmath on my other multiple sites.
If you could please check and suggest where is this issue coming from whether it is wpengine or cloudflare. Because I have already allowed rankmath on pagerule. But if you suggest, I can take action accordingly.
I can give cloudflare login, if you need it. But please help.

As we mentioned in our replies if the route is returning a 403 error it means it’s getting blocked by either your server or Cloudflare and you need to find a way to whitelist it so our plugin can update its data.
For Cloudflare all we can suggest is please add the exact same code given below in your page rules:
