That option shows the SEO Score on the frontend.
On the posts, you can find the SEO meta box including the score below the post if you are using Classic Editor and on the sidebar if you are using Block Editor.
Also, make sure the SEO meta box is enabled at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts.
