SEO – Score

I am using the Avada theme and encountering a few issues with the SEO score. Highest I can achieve is 80.

This has never worked: Focus Keyword not found in image alt attribute(s).
Nor has this. Nor does this seem relevant to our business: Your title doesn’t contain a power word. Add at least one.
This don’t seem relevant for my product pages etc: You don’t seem to be using a Table of Contents plugin.
And, this seems broken: Your Flesch Readability score is -110.56 and is regarded as very difficult. As score is never been above 25. But using the website to test this my score should be atleast average.

Please advise.
