I checked the page source, the title and description are correctly added in the page source.
It is a pretty common thing with Google these days. It happens with 70% of the results and we even have a KB dedicated to this problem and a few solutions we recommend:

Please check the KB and you will understand the reasons Google does this.
Google has made some changes to their algorithm which automatically changes the titles, discarding the one you have set in your SEO title meta tag. This happens regardless of the SEO plugin you are using. We have covered this Google update here:

For your second question, those are sitelinks.
Getting the sitelinks is an automatic process. Basically, you just have to have enough authority and backlinks for Google to deem your website worthy of those sitelinks.

But can you tell me why it shows different results if i write “dkfnet” or if i write “Dansk Kosmetolog Forening” its the same result dkfnet.dk showing, but with different text and different sitelinks

The results can vary based on the keyword you used to search. Google shows the search results and preview based on the search term and different keywords can show a completely different preview in the SERPs.
