That is a feature of the Business license, being able to change that.
As you can probably understand we can’t limit the filters to a specific subscription and as such if we start adding filters for that the advanced options we include in the paid versions become obsolete.

Our Point of View:
All that we’re requesting is a filter to redirect the /wp-admin/ links contained in the SEO email report to a /custom-login-url/ (as provided above for the other SEO email report link). Nothing else, no customization needed.
The filter shouldn’t impact your Business License sales. Regardless, a high price to pay (from USD 59 to USD 199) just to obtain the filter.

When selecting the features we want to have available for Free, PRO, and Business users we take a lot into consideration and we wanted to offer our Business users the full set of customization they might require, hence that option being available there and not on any other subscription, either via a GUI or a filter.
