    Ich habe SEO pro via meiner webseite https://malerstrueby.ch/ gekauft. nun firnde ich aber weder in meinem RankMath account oder dem Plugin in WordPress die Pro Version oder deine Datei mit welcher ich die Pro Version instalieren kann.

    You mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Thats the eMail i got from you afther i purchase it. it was send at k*******@b*********. So i gues it should be that eMail. i did not got a FastSpring.com receipt or any receipt but i can see on my credit card thet the payment is reserved. Maby i have to wayt to see if they finaly book it or if i will get the money back because something went wrong on the Payment end?
