    Rank Math free

    Hello

    I do not have Rank Math SEO on my Elementor templates.
    It is visible on all of my Elementor pages and WooCommerce product pages (but not on my Shop Template).

    I am working on Xampp localhost
    I am using Kadence theme.

    My Plugins are:
    Elementor
    Kadence Starter Templates
    Rank Math SEO
    WooCommerce
    WooLentor – WooCommerce Elementor Addons

    I have all of the post types checked in Elementor settings (including Template builder)

    ADD SEO CONTROLS is ON in all of my Post Types (Titles & Meta)

    I have tried:

    adding the following code to my theme function.php
    /**
    * Filter to enable Rank Math SEO on Elementor templates
    */
    add_filter( ‘rank_math/excluded_post_types’,function( $post_types) {
    $post_types[‘elementor_library’] = ‘elementor_library’;
    return $post_types;
    }, 11 );

    Deactivating all of my plugins then activating one by one

    None of these worked, can you help me please?

    Thank you
    Jilly

  • Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > My Templates and enable the Add SEO Controls option.

    The meta box should be added to the templates after that.

    Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to your update.

    Hello Jaideep,
    Thank you for your reply.
    As I mentioned earlier – I have enabled the ‘Add SEO Controls’ in ALL post types including ‘Template Builder’ See link for my screenshot.

    My ‘Titles and Meta’ does NOT show ‘MY TEMPLATES’ as mentioned above I your instructions and as specified in this link

    Can you please help me?
    Thank you

    Hello,

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

    We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello
    Thanks for your reply.
    As I said in my original post – this is on localhost so I can’t supply you a login.
    Please help me
    Thank you
    Jill

    Hello,

    It is working fine on our end. Please make sure that you have applied the filter correctly in your theme’s functions.php. You can also try using a plugin like Code Snippets to add the filter.

    If it still doesn’t work then there is nothing we can do without accessing your site. You can provide access once you move your site to a server.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thanks.

    Hello
    Thank you for your reply.
    I used Code Snippets to add the code and that fixed the problem.
    Thanks for your help
    Jill
