Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO Meta Box not displaying in your posts and pages. It can be frustrating when things don’t work as expected.
Since you mentioned that you are using the WordPress Gutenberg editor, here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
-
Check Titles & Meta Settings: Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta from your WordPress dashboard. Ensure that the Meta Box is enabled for the post types you are working with.

-
Enable Add SEO Controls: In the Titles & Meta settings, scroll down to find the Add SEO Controls option and make sure it is enabled.

-
Check Block Editor: In the Gutenberg editor, look for the Rank Math SEO icon at the top-right corner of the page. Clicking on it should display the Meta Box.

-
Screen Options in Classic Editor: If you are using the Classic Editor, ensure that the Rank Math SEO checkbox is checked under Screen Options at the top-right of your screen.

-
PHP Version: While updating PHP to version 8.3 should generally not cause issues, it’s always good to check if all your plugins and themes are compatible with this version. You might want to temporarily revert to PHP 8.0 to see if that resolves the issue.
If you’ve tried all these steps and the Meta Box is still not showing, please reply to this ticket with your site URL so we can assist you further. A human agent from our support team will take over and help resolve this issue.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to get this sorted out for you soon!
Hello,
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
