    Hello,

I’m facing several issues with Rank Math on my Red Bird Digital Marketing website:

Sitemap Problems: Key pages are not appearing in the sitemap, even after updating the settings multiple times.

Focus Keyword Optimization: Rank Math indicates problems with keyword optimization for “Red Bird Digital Marketing,” despite following the recommended guidelines.

404 Errors: A few 301 redirects are not functioning correctly, resulting in broken links on our site.

Rich Snippet Issues: Google is not displaying rich snippets for our structured data, affecting visibility in search results.

Could you provide assistance on how to resolve these issues?

    Thank you!

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issues you are facing with Rank Math on your Red Bird Digital Marketing website. Thank you for raising these concerns. Let’s address each of your issues:

    1. Sitemap Problems

If key pages are not appearing in your sitemap, it could be due to several reasons. We recommend checking the following:

    • Ensure that the pages are set to be indexed and not marked as noindex.
    • Check if there are any exclusions in your sitemap settings.
    • You can refer to our guide on fixing sitemap issues for more detailed troubleshooting steps.

    2. Focus Keyword Optimization

For keyword optimization issues, ensure that you have set the focus keyword correctly and that it appears in key areas such as the title, headings, and content. If Rank Math still indicates problems, consider revisiting the content to ensure it aligns with the recommended guidelines.

    3. 404 Errors and Redirects

If 301 redirects are not functioning correctly, we suggest performing a self-diagnosis using Rank Math’s debug redirection feature. You can find more information on how to solve redirection issues in our article on solving redirection issues.

    4. Rich Snippet Issues

For rich snippets not appearing, ensure that your structured data is correctly implemented. You can use Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool to check for any errors in your structured data. Additionally, keep in mind that even if everything is set up correctly, Google ultimately decides whether to display rich snippets.

If you continue to experience these issues after following the suggestions above, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

We hope this helps you resolve the issues on your site!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    1. Sitemap Problems: Could you please share the affected pages that are not showing on your sitemap so that we can check the issue further for you?

Meanwhile, please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you:

    i. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

ii. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    2. Focus Keyword Optimization: Please share a screenshot of the issue with us by using a tool like https://imgur.com/upload so that we can check this further for you.

Meanwhile, can you please confirm if you are using any page builders on your site? If so, please let us know which page builder you are using.

    3. 404 Errors: Please share the affected redirection you created on your website which is not working. You can share it in this structure:

    Source:
    Redirection Type:

Or, you can share a screenshot of the redirection by using a tool like https://imgur.com/upload so that we can check this further for you.

    4. Rich Snippet Issues: Can you please share some affected URLs with us so that we can check the issue further for you?

However, please note that even if you add proper schema to your website, it is ultimately Google’s decision if they want to include this with your website or not and it mostly depends on the keyword search term.

    Here’s what Google says:

“Google does not guarantee that your structured data will show up in search results, even if your page is marked up correctly according to the Rich Results Test.”

You can read more about the guidelines from this URL:
