  • Hello,

Thank you for using Rank Math and sorry for the issue you are facing.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

thanks! I’ve downloaded the temporary password app. Which email should I share the account information with?

    Hey there,

Just sent the details in a sensitive data message.

    Cheers

    Hey there,

Can I please get an update.

    Hello,

    Apologies for the delayed response.

It is working fine on our end. Here is a screenacst:

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi there,

I did the health check and turned off all other plugins yet the issue is still happening.

    We’re on the latest WordPress

Did you check our site? I’ve reset the temporary login token

    Hello,

The issue is related to your security plugin, Scuri.

Please put that in the learning mode and then make the changes in the Rank Math plugin for your firewall plugin to whitelist the actions.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Hmm I’ve searched our plugins and “Scuri” isn’t one we have.

    Hello,

After checking it, it seems you get the following errors when trying to save:

    api-fetch.min.js:2 POST https://website.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user 403
    post.php:1 Uncaught (in promise) {code: "invalid_json", message: "The response is not a valid JSON response."}

You can check the screenshot I have added in the sensitive section.

These errors usually are caused when something is blocking access to the WordPress API REST.

I would recommend disabling the plugins one by one to check what could be causing it, also I would recommend contacting your hosting support, to check if something is blocking the WordPress API REST.

You should also contact the hosting team and ask them to check the Firewall Settings and whitelist the updateMeta rule.

    I hope that helps
