Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
It looks like your Rank Math account is not activated on your site. I have logged in and performed the basic setup wizard steps and the SEO tab is now appearing in Elementor.
You will now need to head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and activate your Rank Math account.
