Hello, I would like to ask you a question. I am using Rank math for SEO and I have also created pages like GDPR and cookies page and now I don’t know if it is better to leave them without anything or put noindex there or do some keywords and do SEO on them? which is best? Thank you very much

  • Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing. When it comes to GDPR and cookie policy pages, the best practice generally is to set them to noindex. This is because these pages are typically not meant to rank in search engines; their primary purpose is to inform users about your privacy practices and comply with legal requirements.

Here are a few points to consider:

    • Noindex: Setting these pages to noindex prevents search engines from indexing them, which is usually recommended since they do not provide value in terms of SEO.
    • Keywords: While you can include relevant keywords for clarity and user understanding, focusing on SEO for these pages is not necessary. Their content should be clear and compliant rather than optimized for search engines.

In summary, it’s best to set your GDPR and cookie policy pages to noindex to avoid cluttering search results with legal content that users typically do not search for. Thank you for raising this concern! If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
