Some JavaScript code needs to be executed on the page for the tests to fire and rate your posts with an SEO score. Unfortunately, you will need to edit each of your posts and hit publish for this to take effect.

Ouch, that is going to take a lot of time since I have 340+ posts and over 30 pages.
Do you know of a way to quickly do a bulk edit to update/publish posts and pages?
Can I ignore the “Update Your post” messages without it affecting my SEO?

I am afraid that we do not have a workaround since bulk updating posts might lead to some penalties since this is one of the methods that bots try to cheat search engines.
If you are comfortable that your posts are well optimized and you do not require any Rank Math recommendations then you can skip this step with no impact to your SEO. Publishing your posts will only make it possible for Rank Math to analyse your content and give it an SEO score with some recommendations to better optimize the post.
