SEO Details Not Showing

Hi Just installed it and planning to upgrade, however, not sure why SEO details are not showing for our other articles in WordPress Dashboard. Please see the screenshot below.

Supposedly, rankmath should have imported all settings from Yoast SEO and Redirection plugin.

Looks like the keywords are there when we open each article by themselves, but they are not appearing as SEO details in the dashboard view.

Let us know more about this.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

The keywords are already imported, to calculate the score, head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Recalculate Scores:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/seo-score-not-available/#database-tools

    Hope this helps.

We look forward to helping you.

We have now recalculated and SEO scores are showing, but without any of the number of links internal and external showing on dashboard. Should we clean something else?

    Hello,

Please open a page and save it without changing anything and go back to the post list page and see if the link count is updated.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi there,

I did what you suggested – open an already published post, and clicked updated. No changes were made. Once you go back to the dashboard, links are now updated under SEO details for that particular post.

    Hello,

Can you please let us know if you are using some sort of page builder or shortcodes to construct your content?

If you prefer, we can take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
