SEO details not saved

    Hi!

    Unfortunately my SEO details (focus keyword, snippets, etc) are not being saved.
    I can update them and see the revised score, but after saving the score and details are gone again.
    I also can’t bulk edit details.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    thanks for your quick reply. We already tried the troubleshoot guide and found no plugin that causes the issue. It stated that the wordpress set up is the root problem, but we’re using latest versions and are not having any other problems. Do you have any idea how we could solve this? Thanks!

    Also, please contact your hosting and ask them to set the following values:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

    This should fix the issue.

    did you deactivate all our plugins in the live version of our site?
    The page is now completely broken and we are a company website so this is really causing us trouble. please refrain from deactivating our plugins without us knowing. we’re trying to fix the site now.

    we are unable to fix the issue and it took as a day to fix the broken site after the plugins were deactivated, which is unacceptable. unfortunately we now need to change our SEO plugin, as we cant wait any longer.
