From your screenshots, it seems that you’re using a builder/editor on your site.
You should always rely on the score from inside the visual builder. When you are in the default WordPress editor, some shortcodes are not readable, and a discrepancy can happen.
The correct score is shown in the builder, and you will have to update the post in the editor to save the score on the list view.
