We checked your homepage and looks like you’re showing your latest posts there. In this case, you can edit the homepage meta title and description from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage: https://rankmath.com/kb/homepage-meta-title-and-description/#edit-your-titles-meta-settings
