SEO Description NOT Output

I am concerned that SEO Math is not outputting the SEO description of many of my domains.

Looking at the page source the text that is in <meta name=”description” content – is not the manually created SEO Description but part of my SEO Title. I have checked this thoroughly and of course my search rankings are dire as a result

I use manual excerpts on all domains….

Before we go into a by-domain enquiry can you advise if there are any known issues with this?
