About the description, I checked in the SEO Analysis and it shows it is fine, so if you are seeing in another place that issue (for example in a specific post), let us know and we will check.
About the second issue, make sure to fill all the fields in the WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & meta > Local SEO section.

You have 8 published posts. I checked all of them with this tool: https://smallseotools.com/meta-tags-analyzer/ and none seems to have description with characters more than 160.
