SEO Controls on Users don’t work

    Hey, I have a client that has Rank math SEO Pro version installed on his website .

    I’m trying to set up their authors meta data, but the SEO Controls do not seem to work.I’m attaching screenshots below:

    – the box seem collapsed and it only says “rank math”

    – the SEO controls are enabled from the author settings in Rank math, the author archives are set to INDEX as well.

    This issue could be caused by conflicting plugins/themes on your website. Kindly make sure you are using the latest version of all the plugins and themes, please update if not yet.
