Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the SEO control for custom taxonomy and posts disappearing after the last update. Thank you for detailing the steps you’ve already taken to troubleshoot this problem.
To address this issue, please ensure that you have enabled the Add SEO Controls option from Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta Settings → Pages (or the relevant sections for your custom taxonomy). If this option is already enabled and you’re still experiencing issues, it may be beneficial to check if you have switched to the Advanced mode in Rank Math, as this can affect the visibility of certain features.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend replying to this ticket. A human agent from the Rank Math Support team will be able to assist you further and investigate the problem with the latest version.
Thank you for your patience, and we hope to resolve this for you soon!

Hello,
Can you confirm that you are using the PODs plugin? We have fixed the issue with missing SEO Metabox for taxonomies created using the PODS plugin in the recent Beta update we released (v1.0.229-beta): https://rankmath.com/changelog/beta/
Please enable the Beta update by following this guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients

Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.
You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.
Let us know how it goes.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.

Hello,
Can you please confim the plugin and you’re using to create the custom taxonomy? Please also share its version, so we can test this on our end.
If you’re using custom code and not a plugin to create the custom taxonomy, then please share access to your website with us. You can follow the steps we shared above.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello Support.
I alredy send the info, please let us know…
Hello,
Your website’s custom taxonomies are theme-created. We released a beta version of the plugin that fixed this issue for some use cases, i.e. PODS created taxonomies.
We tried but could not test this beta version on your website because “You cannot turn on the Beta Tester feature because site wide plugins auto-update option is disabled on your site.”

You’d need to wait until we publicly release this version, then you can test it to see if it works for you – if not, let us know so we can investigate further. You can also roll back to a version that is working for you while you wait, but the update should happen within a couple of days.
We hope this helps clarify the issue. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Hello,
Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.
If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.
Thank you.
