    Hi Rank Math team,

    I’m receiving the following message in my WordPress dashboard:

    “It looks like your site URL has changed since you connected with Rank Math. Click here to reconnect.”

    I also get this error under the SEO analysis section:

    Erreur API: Erreur HTTP 400

    I haven’t made any changes to my domain, WordPress URL, or SSL settings. However, I did disconnect Jetpack from the website a bit earlier — not sure if that could be related.

    I also read your support article about this issue and followed the recommended steps (including reconnecting), but the error still persists.

    Could you please assist?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    To fix the connection issue, please follow the steps mentioned in this guideline:

    Regarding the SEO Analyzer, please get in touch with your host and make sure the IP 46.30.211.100 and the user-agent RankMathApi/2.0.7; https://rankmath.com are whitelisted on your firewall.

    Once done, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Clear SEO Analysis and Remove Transients buttons to flush the SEO Analysis cache.

    Flush

    Please clear your website and any server-level caching on your site before doing the SEO analysis again.
