Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the missing ALT attributes for your images. Thank you for raising this concern.
To track and modify the ALT attributes of images that are not showing up in your media manager, you can follow these steps:
-
Enable Image SEO Module: First, ensure that the Image SEO module is enabled in Rank Math. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Dashboard and enabling the Image SEO module.

-
Add Missing ALT Attributes: Go to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Images and enable the Add missing ALT attributes option. This will allow Rank Math to automatically add ALT text to images that do not have it.

-
Set ALT Attribute Format: In the same settings area, you can set the format for the ALT attributes. The default is %filename%
, but you can customize it as needed.

-
Manually Adding ALT Text: For images that are not managed through the media library (like those added by themes or plugins), you may need to manually add ALT text. You can do this by editing the post or page where the image is located. In the WordPress block editor, click on the image and find the Alternative Text field in the settings panel.

-
Check Theme and Plugin Settings: If some images are added by your theme or plugins, check their settings to see if there are options to add or modify ALT attributes directly from there.
-
Use a Plugin for Bulk Editing: If you have many images to update, consider using a plugin that allows bulk editing of media items, including ALT text.
-
SEO Analysis Tool: After making changes, run the SEO analysis tool again to ensure all images have appropriate ALT attributes.
If you still cannot find certain images or if they are not editable, they may be hardcoded into your theme or plugin files, which would require editing those files directly or contacting the theme/plugin support for assistance.
We hope this helps you resolve the issue with your image ALT attributes! If you have further questions or need more assistance, feel free to reply to this ticket.

Hello,
We’ve checked your site using our External Analyzer tool, and those images are no longer reported:
https://rankmath.com/tools/seo-analyzer/
However, these two buttons are still present in your homepage’s source code:
https://arlphl.qc.ca/wp-content/plugins/logo-showcase-ultimate/assets/icons/arrow-left.svg
https://arlphl.qc.ca/wp-content/plugins/logo-showcase-ultimate/assets/icons/arrow-right.svg
You may get in touch with your theme provider to remove those links on your homepage to fix this issue.
Once done, head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > and click the Clear SEO Analysis and Remove Transients buttons to flush the SEO Analysis cache

Clear your website and any server-level caching on your site before doing the Sitewide analysis again.
Looking forward to helping you.
