It looks like Flushing the SEO Analyzer Data will resolve your issue, and to do that please follow the steps below :
Navigate to Rank Math SEO > Status and Tools > Database Tools > Flush SEO Analyzer Data and click on “Clear SEO Analyzer”

Once done, clear your website and any server-level caching on your site before doing the SEO analysis again.

The problem persists. I cleared cache from hosting, Cloudflare, Wp Super Cache. I even checked in incognito but I see the shortcodes, not the elements that should be there.

I even disabled all plugins except yours and kept the Twenty Twenty-Four theme. There are likely to be conflicts with full block themes.
There is no problem with the staging site.

The screenshot from the mobile preview is not taken each time you run the SEO Analyzer. That is cached in the third-party system we use to generate those to prevent constantly generating those and costing us thousands of dollars worth of screenshots.
Only when the caching from our system is cleared, a new screenshot will be taken and added to the mobile preview.
So, even if you clear all the cache from your system, it won’t make any changes until that is done from our side and it usually takes a couple of weeks for the system to generate a new image.
