    Dear Rank Math SEO Support,

    I was about to but the Pro version of Rank Math SEO but I am having alot of trouble with SEO ANALYZER, everytime I try to Analyzer my website I keep getting ‘An error occured.’, befor I buy I want this to be working first, can you help me please?

    I have tried everything your AI bit has suggested but still not working.

    Hello,

    Debugging this on a staging website that is behind a login form won’t work because we need to debug the issue on live websites that are freely accessible by bots and our crawler so we can identify exactly what is failing.

    Please make sure that you include the login credentials of the live website so we can see why the website is failing to update the data for the SEO Analyzer.

    Hello,

    The issue is coming from the Select ShortPixel Image Optimizer plugin which makes it so the AJAX requests fail on the website.

    After disabling that plugin temporarily the SEO Analyzer ran without any issues and the results can be seen on the website.

    With that plugin enabled the route admin-ajax.php from WordPress fails with a 400 status code so the request cannot be completed.
