I can’t run the SEO Analyzer, due to the above message. I have tried everything, including reaching out to Bluehost.

Hello, we’re sorry to hear that you’re facing an issue with the SEO Analyzer. The error message you are seeing could be due to your website being hosted locally. The SEO Analyzer requires your site to be live and accessible by our server to perform the analysis.
If your site is indeed live and you’re still encountering this error, we recommend checking the following:
- Ensure that there are no firewall settings or security plugins blocking access to your site.
- Verify that your website is not in maintenance mode.
If you’ve already tried these steps and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will take over and assist you further. Thank you for raising this concern!
I have checked both of those things, neither appear to be the issue.
Hello,
Thank you for your query, and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the Clear SEO Analyzer button to flush SEO Analyzer data.
Once done, clear your website and any server-level caching on your site before doing the Sitewide analysis again.
If the issue persists then there is something on your server that is blocking the API.
In this case, please get in touch with your host and ask them to whitelist the IP
46.30.211.100and the user-agentRankMathApi/2.0.2;https://rankmath.com.We hope that helps, and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
I have done all of these things as well. None are the issue. Please help.
Hello,
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I’ve backed up the site and edited the sensitive data portion with a temporary login link. Thank you!
Hello,
We checked your website with the Health Check plugin and found that the issue is occurring because of the “Image Optimizer – Compress, Resize and Optimize Images” plugin you’re using on your website.
When we deactivated this plugin, the SEO Analyzer started working properly. Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.
In order to resolve this issue, we suggest you get in touch with this plugin support and inform them about this issue.
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
