  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please make sure to whitelist the IP 134.90.148.114 and the user-agent RankMathChecker/2.0.0; https://rankmath.com.

If you are not sure, please ask your web hosting provider to do it for you.

Also, please check your website in https://httpstatus.io/ and it should return 200 Ok status to avoid any error.

Once done, you can run the SEO Analysis once again.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

This is what WordPress sent me. I am afraid, in such a case you cannot use the custom code you are using at WordPress.com if it does not work without doing configuration changes on the server.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Checking your website status, I am seeing that it is not redirecting properly.

You need to ensure that you only have 1 version of URL for your site. 3 of these 4 URLs MUST show a 301. Only one should show just 200.

You can use htaccess to do a rewrite to force your other URL version to the main version. An example would be like this:

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} example\.com$ [NC]
    RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://example.com/$1 [R=301,L]

If this does not work, kindly refer to your web hosting provider for the rewrite code so that they can be pointed correctly. Your provider should be able to help you with fixing the status code as well.

Also, in your WordPress > Settings > General, you need to set your Site and WordPress URL to the correct URL as well.

I hope this helps you with your issues.
