This issue may be stemming from outdated SEO data on your database. Could you please login to your database and delete the “rankmath_seo_analysis_results” entry from the options table.
This should then fix the issue.

I have the same issue and I deleted the table but it did not help me at all. Still a blank screen..

Please ensure that you clear your site cache and deleting this record from your database.
@webmasterhds please ensure that you are looking for this entry within the options table of your database.
Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
