I have logged in to your site and accessed Rank Math > SEO Analysis. I could see the issue you are describing, the Analysis did not show all the tests. This was probably the cached results from when you were running the Analysis.
However, when I clicked on the “Start Side-wide Analysis” button, the analysis went through correctly and all the tests are showing correctly now.
I tried running the analysis a couple more times to test it and it was always successful, the issue seems to be gone.
Is the issue happening for you right now?

Is it showing due to the 4 custom fields that were added earlier by Michael?

Yes, it is now showing all the 34 SEO tests and the 6 information panels (such as the SERP preview).
