  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Your server is hitting a limit on the allowed memory that can be assigned to a process. I would suggest that you reach out to your host so that they can help in increasing the allocated memory to your site.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

We allocated the max amount of memory and it made no difference at all

    Hi J,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Could you please perform a fresh install of the plugin by deleting the plugin and installing a new copy from the Admin > Plugins > Add new page and then delete the “rankmath_seo_analysis_results” database entry from your options table to ensure that there are no memory leaks.

Let us know how this goes. Thank you.

    where is the options table?

    still has the same issue

    any further help?

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

This is taking far too long to get some real help here.

    HI there,

    Apologies for the delay.

I have logged in to your site and deleted the option entry from your database and the SEO analysis is now working as expected.

Please check and let us know how this works for you. Thank you.

Thank you i will check now, can you show me where that is for future.

    Hi there,
