SEO analysis not working

    Hi,
When I try to run the SEO analysis it just says an error occurred, no explanation, no codes…
I looked at the help section which says API error or the site is hosted locally, which is not the case here.
It also has a red dot next to the Analytics instead of a green dot and the connect search console radio button is not active in the settings so I can’t change it, though I have connected it through the wizzard?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Can you please share your website URL with us so we can check?

Also, please clear the SEO Analysis cache by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Clear SEO Analysis

Once done, clear your website cache and re-run the SEO Analysis and see if that helps.

For the Search Console, please reconnect with your Google account and try to configure the settings.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

    Hi, it’s activateada.com.
Strangely, I don’t have that path you mentioned: Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Clear SEO Analysis, however I got as far as status & tools, and then when I tried the analysis again it worked 🙂
I’m at 91 score so only a few things to fix.
But I was originally looking to find how to fix a noindex issue that I found in google which says I have 126 pages not indexed! I haven’t found that yet, they all seem to say they’re indexed…
Thank you for your help 🙂

    Hello,

For clearing the SEO Analysis cache, please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math.

If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/

On the other hand, if you have already ensured that they are set to index, please revalidate the issue in your Google Search Console account

    revalidate

Once done, give Google some time to recrawl your site.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.
