The screencast you attached doesn’t seem to be loading.
WP 5.5 brought a new error (not actually an error) that is not covered much and is related to the new jQuery version in the core. That is breaking many old themes and plugins.
On your site, the AMP plugin seems to be affected by this and as you can see from the screencast I attached in the sensitive section, deactivating the plugin seems to resolve the issue. Please get in touch with the plugin developer to update their product and ensure it is compatible with WP 5.5
