SEO analysis not updating

    I’ve tied purging cache and flushing everything on the rank math tool set but it still shows 42 images with alt text and that isn’t true. How do i get it to update?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    I checked your website with our External SEO Analyzer, I could see that 42 images are missing the ALT tags, these images seem to be the resized version of actual images. Please check your media section if all the images have the ALT tags and if your caching or image compression plugin or CDN provider is creating these images.

    Can confirm that every image has an alt tag

    I have disabled imagify which was compressing images

    i have purged cache and disabled wprocket which was caching them

    I purged cache from my host wpengine. They are the CDN provider as well.

    I checked your website with External SEO Analyzer, the missing ALT error is not reported now:

    Please clear the SEO Analysis cache at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Clear SEO Analysis

    Once done, clear your website and browser cache and re-run the SEO Analysis.

    If the SEO Analysis is not updated, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
