I checked the page source, the ALT text is not added to the page source for the logo image:
Please add an ALT text to the image in the media library and re-run the SEO Analysis.

I did add the ALT tag before I emailed you. I would attach the screenshoot of the media file and the SEO Analysis error. That I was just ran, but there is no way to attach them here.
So if the AlT tag is added in the madia location of WordPress but still does not appear, how do we fix this?

You can upload your screenshots to a tool like imgur.com and share the generated link here in the ticket.
With that said, if the ALT texts added in the media library are not rendered on the front end, and if it is the logo, we suggest you reach out to your theme developers as they render the data on the front end and they would be in a better position to assist you.

I all ready sent you screenshoots at the links above. But now the main issue is within your plugin. I am getting the API 400 error and I have not changed anything. This started since your support did something. Again here is the link https://ibb.co/WtMWNdh
Sorry, I did like your plugin and was considering to purchase. But if I am going to get all these errors and pointing fingers I will just remove it and give a bad review. The issue is partly your plugin and not all the DIVI theme. Which I have found others with the same issue when doing a search.
So please read all before replying and if you do not have an answer to fix all the problems is there someone else that can look over the problems and help?
