Are you using WP-Optimize or similar minifying plugin? It seems on e of your plugins is causing the issue on with your page source and thus the meta doesn’t seem to be recognized. I have attached a screencast in the sensitive section to show you the issue on your page source, this might affect your site appearance on Google.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
